Create Your Dream a charity based in Glasgow needed one signature layout across the tenant, with each person’s name, title, and contact details filled from Entra ID. Other paid options where available but the task of creating this for a simple one off sync
The admin app lets staff edit people and the shared HTML template, then publish personalised signatures into Outlook on the web and New Outlook. Microsoft Graph cannot set mailbox signatures, so publish goes through an Exchange Online PowerShell worker with app-only certificate auth.
